You can learn with any key. It's just easier with a C harp. Anything that's given as tab, or that tells you what holes to play, will work on any harp. They'll just be in a different key. My beginner video gives some licks. You can learn them just by playing the same patterns on your D harp.

hi i bought a lee osker harmonica to larn on but its in the key of d,most teaching stuff on here is in c. can i still learn blues on d harp??????

Jon Gindick His youtube channel is "jamcamp06" His material is widely available, he has great videos, and (if you have the dough) Jon hosts harmonica instructional "camps" for people to learn. I got to be an instructor at a camp last week, and I have to say, that Jon really knows how to break things down for harmonica beginners and intermediates alike. He's a great person too.
