Specifically designed to fit the particular excavator it would be attached to. The hoses would extend up the stick and have QUICK DISCONNECT plugs or valves at the ends that disconnect on the Boom up high. We provide the brackets that the hoses go through to attach to stick and boom. We provide the connection, protective guards and all other components required to plumb the unit. We also supply the other half of the Kit which goes from the Quick disconnect area on the boom to the hydraulic pumps of the excavator. As with any crusher, there will be some dust generated during the crushing process. We offer a sophisticated yet simple DUST package that reduces much of the dust generated. The system makes foam similar to shaving cream and blows it into the crushing chamber to coat the inside of the crusher. It uses only one hose and one large spray jet fixed to the crusher lid. This system is designed to PREVENT DUST from occurring rather than spraying it once dust has already appeared. The system is efficient, effective and cuts down on water usage. This system is INDEPENDENT of the excavator and CRUSH-ALL®. It allows our clients the ability to operate the system only when required.
